Contract - 5/40, 1 shift
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $22.53/Hr.
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401K
Description/Comment: A/P + A/R Clerk
Contact customers by phone, email, and mail to recover a debt.
Support local office team in doing the same.
Record and maintain detailed notes and records of all communications and actions.
Answer questions customers have about billing statements.
Work with customers and internal reps to negotiate partial repayments and payment plans when possible.
Additional Job Details: A/P + A/R Clerk
Collection support with experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word with ability to learn and navigate through other 3rd party systems.
Employee is expected to be present in office from 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
