This is an onsite position.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine and semi-routine assignments that are complex in support of lab operations, eg:
Management of routine and non-routine samples and documents according to GMP.
Perform routine lab maintenance.
Prepare basic and complex reagents as assigned.
Order and maintain lab supply inventory.
Aliquot samples as required, including aseptic aliquoting.
Resolve issues as needed with management approval.
Adhere to GMP policies and procedures, including documentation of activities.
Meets scheduled performance of 95% on time.
Perform other duties as requested by managers to support Quality activities.
Job Requirements:
(Minimum requirements)
High school diploma and 7 years of related experience or AA degree in applicable discipline and 6 years of related experience, or B.S./B.A. degree and 0-2 years of experience
Extensive knowledge of directly applicable laboratory equipment and techniques; can apply knowledge and technical understanding to complete routine and non-routine assignments.
Solid knowledge of related functions and solid experience with computers.
Extensive experience in following written laboratory procedures.
Good verbal and written communication skills needed to accomplish assigned tasks.
Ability to work under minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
