Job Description:
Leads activities to define and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management, and engineering processes. Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; conducts audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements. Develops certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes. Leads the development plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy process improvements and changes. Works under minimal direction.

Knowledge of company, state, federal and/or International compliance regulations (e.g. import/export, intellectual properties, International Standards Organization [ISO], Federal Aviation Administration [FAA], Joint Aviation Authorities [JAA], International Civil Aviation Organization [ICAO], International Traffic In Arms Regulations [ITAR

Engr Knowledge/Comprehension
Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems. The ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables.

Industry/Gov Standards
Knowledge of industry, military and government specifications, handbooks and standards.

Systems Thinking
Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area. This includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.

Position responsibilities
Position will lead and oversee the administration of CDRLs (Contract Data Requirements Lists), SDRLs (Supplier Data Requirements Lists), maintain and distribute CDRL delivery performance metrics. Update and maintain desktop instructions and associated command media. Candidate will be well organized, a self-starter, with an eye for continuous improvement.



Education / Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).
