RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE: Machine Operator
• Report directly to the Processing Supervisor
• Carry out production, inspection, debur, and packaging of product
• Load parts onto machine and run processing operation to print specifications
• Must be able to operate horizontal band saw, drill press, shear, brake press, and punch
• Will be cross trained on Messer and Voortman
• Must be able to read tape measure and calipers
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Follow all safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Machine Operator
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time
• Willing to work in excess of 40 hours a week
• High school or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing environment
• Able to lift a maximum of 50 Lbs.
• Committed to quality, safety, and communication
• Ability to follow direction and adhere to standards
PREFERRED SKILLS: Machine Operator
• 2+ years of machine operator experience in fabrication
• Blueprint reading
• Knowledge of GD&T
