Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Main functions: Facility Administrative Generalist 2
Facility and Capacity planner/building site owner.
Work with Facilities Proper to successfully transition departments in and out of building sites.
Serve as primary contact and POC for addressing all facility issues and concerns.
Partner with the Safety/Security/Parking Solutions/Facilities teams to address site concerns and/or cascade important information on their behalf.
Plan/manage equipment moves in and out of buildings.
Primary contact source for site communications for several building locations and engineering trailers.
3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
