Administrative Assistant IV The Opportunity
As a member of the Global Diagnostics Partnering Assistant Chapter, the Administrative Associate will be an integral part of a globally operating team.
In this role, you will support the the various Networks and Chapters within Roche Diagnostics Partnering with a variety of highly sophisticated and ambitious administrative and operational activities, including but not limited to:
Administrative support
Planning and coordinating onsite/offsite meetings and/or team events, coordinating national/international travel and virtual meetings
Coordinate and manage scheduling of department/functional meetings
Google mail and calendar management
Management of office supplies
Travel Management
Expense Reports
Managing budget, preparing and submitting purchase orders and maintaining vendor relations, accruals and compiling expense reports
Time management
Interview scheduling
'Cultural ambassador' for the team, acting in a professional and exemplary manner whilst supporting change management activities
Contact person for new software to implement in the department
Catering
Planning and support of onboarding and offboarding activities, developing and/or deliver training and onboarding materials for new team members and potentially other stakeholder groups
Tracking of team stats and projects
Project support
Support projects and coordination of various activities
Support planning, organizing and potential participation at events (e.g. JP Morgan conference, R&D Fairs, Summits, Global Diagnostics Partnering Meetings, etc.)
Management and organization of functional off-site meetings, Sprints and Trainings
Set up and maintaining of gSites
Actively participating in meetings with other professionals and proposing improvements to work processes, as well as sharing ideas and support amongst colleague
