JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation to support developmental and operational systems. Works with (tool builders) to support developmental and operational teams for development of detailed schedules and assists in keeping these schedules current. Works with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to ensure build schedules, and on time completion rates. Briefs leadership on material shortages, roadblocks, and missed deliveries, along with reasons why ship dates were not met. Individual will ensure proper communication flows between proper stake holders when challenges are identified, as well as, work to resolve /identify solutions. Contacts and works with sourcing team, in conjunction with other business critical teams, to ensure material shortages are understood, flagged and estimated arrival dates are communicated to team. Works independently with direction and guidance of the Department Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for all inventory planning and scheduling of manufactured and/or subcontractor provided parts through Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Preferred candidate will have full and complete understanding of material planning and inventory control. This position relies on experience and judgment in inventory to organize, plan and accomplish department objectives with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected to fulfill a variety of duties.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2-4 years work experience
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in related field.
