Pay Range- $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

Qualifications:Â Â Custodial Technician
• US Citizenship
• Ability to work an 8-hour day, 4 days a week
• Punctual and reliable
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years prior experience in a custodial technician role
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
• Demonstrate ability to use tools and other equipment as required
• Mechanical abilities
• General chemical safety awareness
• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward.
• Must be able to utilize ladders and other equipment when necessary to perform tasks assigned.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs
Job Summary:Â Â Custodial Technician
This position is responsible for the general custodial upkeep of the offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and all other non-aircraft maintenance areas.
Job Requirements:Â Â Custodial Technician
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facility office areas.
• Cleaning duties will include but may not be limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, polishing, dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment, windows and cleaning etc.
• Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Performing minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, sign replacement and furniture moving etc.
• Maintaining outdoor areas by picking up litter, sweeping walkways and general cleaning as directed.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to your direct supervisor.
• Keeping inventory, notifying when replenishment is needed and restocking cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
• Interacting with building occupants in a professional and courteous manner
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and Company safety procedures.
• Responding to cleaning or maintenance requests or concerns.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
• Assisting with special projects outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
