Our client requires that candidates must be able to obtain DoD Interim Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or master's degree with 0-3 years of experience
Working knowledge of Creo
5 years experience in Mechanical design or Electromechanical design
Able to create 3D models and CCAs, harnesses and cables- implementation of geometric tolerancing, experience in 3D modeling (CREO experience required), optical physics, understanding of precision machining, design review presentations.

Job Description: Design Engineer
Mechanical engineer for the Test Engineering Mechanical COE.
Responsibilities include detailed mechanical design of test stations, design changes, and general CAD modeling.
Design responsibilities shall also include designing vibration fixtures for units under test and fixtures for thermal testing.

Coordination with the documentation group on both program product design as well as the test engineering packaging group is also required.
