Electronic Technician
Austin TX
Contract - 1st Shift, 4/40
Hours:  6am - 4:30pm, (Mon-Thu)
Pay Rate:  $24.91/Hr.

REQUIREMENTS:  Electronic Technician
  • US Citizenship
  • Electronic Engineering Technology bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years Electronics Tech associate's degree.
  • Requires a High School diploma plus one (1) year formal level study in Electronic Engineering Technology or two (2) years of related experience.
  • Require specific certifications, i.e., solder.
  • Electronic Engineering Technology or minimum 2 years electronics Tech AA degree and ability to perform the following:
    • Ability to read Schematic and understand AC, DC, Linear circuits, Digital circuits, OP-AMP circuits, HV power supplies.
    • Ability to trouble shoot to component level of complex high voltage power supplies system.
    • Ability to understand and analyze and trouble shoot functional test failure at ESS testing to components level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • May also require specific certifications, i.e., solder and high temp a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION:  Electronic Technician Technician with the ability to perform functional/acceptance testing and troubleshooting down to component level on power supply related products. Follow procedures and concurrent technical support for engineering to meet required specifications. Layout, troubleshoot mechanical sub-systems and perform mechanical operations associated with systems development.   PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  Electronic Technician
  • Electronic Engineering Technology or minimum 2 years electronics Tech AA degree or equivalent 5-10 years experiences in the followings:
    • Ability to read Schematic and understand AC, DC, Linear circuits, Digital circuits, OP-AMP circuits, HV power supplies.
    • Ability to trouble shoot to component level of complex high voltage power supplies system.
    • Ability to understand and analyze and trouble shoot functional test failure at ESS testing to components level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
