Finance Support
Chula Vista CA *
Contract position
Shift: 1st, 5/40
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $22.60
Benefits: medical, dental, 401K
*Position is primarily offsite (training will be onsite, but after that period of about 2-3 weeks, the vast majority of the work will be remote)
Description/Comment: Finance Support
- Work with buyers and FSS (outsourced AP team) to drive reduction of the balance for unposted/unpaid invoices.
- Use SAP to identify/resolve vendor issues.
- Assist with analysis and reduction of aged GRIR account balance.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and work on special projects.
- Update monthly charts.
- Document/update standard work

Additional Job Details: Finance Support
- Need strong office 365 skills (Excel, charts and powerpoint)
- Having worked in SAP is a plus.
- Position is primarily offsite.
