Financial Analyst Phoenix AZ. Contract Role Pay $36.83/HR, 1st shift Hybrid – 3 days onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced Financial Analyst to join the Program Finance team. The selected candidate will serve as the financial business partner for several key programs. Responsible project start-up and close-out as well as monthly program revenue, cost management, and profit recognition over the life of the program.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience We require a true Financial Analyst - someone with only accounting/AR/AP exp will NOT suffice.
SKILLS:
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills
Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of defense contracting regulatory environment (DFARS and CAS)
An affinity for investigating and solving complex financial problems preferred
Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Problem solving and in-depth research and analytical skills
