* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience developing integrated master schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
* Needs to be able to lead program team individually and develop the IMS using planning best practices typically found by supporting military/DoD contracts with scaled earned value.

Description/Comment: Integrated Planning & Scheduling Senior Specialist
Our Integrated Planning & Scheduling Senior Specialist is experienced in facilitating the development, maintenance, and analysis of Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS) that will guide proposal or program execution. You will develop the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure accurate, appropriate, and effective plans are established for the scope of work. Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends using common schedule metrics.
Primary Responsibilities: Integrated Planning & Scheduling Senior Specialist
* Prepares, develops, and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS)
* Ensures programs are horizontally and vertically integrated across functional groups including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Tooling, and Quality
* Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration
* Supports the organization by managing and coordinating program schedules that support meeting our customers goals and expectations
* Responsible for supporting their respective proposal and/or program by closely working with the Proposal Manager, Program Manager, Supply Chain, and other key program personnel on schedule requirements
* Understands overall requirements of the proposal, design, procurement, manufacturing and testing as they apply to specific programs and generate schedules capable of tracking all these activities
* Responsible for analyzing schedules at least weekly to ensure program requirements are being met
* Monitors the schedules and reports status to the Program Manager and appropriate IPT Leads
* Helps to prioritize and expedite tasks as necessary to ensure the schedule requirements are fulfilled
* Schedules must be accurate and maintained from program inception through contract closeout and/or transition of program to sustaining production
* Identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflict
* Utilizes Gantt, milestone charts, earned value management (EVMS) and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to focus on critical areas
* Partner with Program Manager and Finance for monthly ETCs, quarterly EACs and all EVMS requirements
* Regular weekly status meetings and program management reviews will require communication (electronically and verbally) of schedule status including but not limited to, results of critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis and the results of what-if exercises to the program leads as well as to customers and senior management as needed
Preferred Qualifications: Integrated Planning & Scheduling Senior Specialist
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project
* Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization
* Experience with Milestones Professional and creating Master Phasing Schedules
* Experience using Opdec Critical Path Knowledge of product development/ New Product Introduction (NPI) principles.
