3 or more years of experience operating laser welding equipment for hermetic sealing
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings
Computer skills for retrieval of drawings, work instructions, and other job activities
Ability to utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and other similar instruments
Good dexterity and eye/hand coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly without compromising quality
Job Description: Laser Welder
Seeking a skilled Laser Welder.
Responsibilities include performing laser welding of microelectronic assemblies to create hermetic seals, utilizing automated machines, leak checking, operating vacuum ovens and thermal chambers, and working with mechanical presses, inert gas mixture gloveboxes, and solder vacuum furnaces.
Additionally, troubleshooting of assemblies that do not pass leak checks and other various microelectronic assembly work will be part of the role.

Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment
