Duties: Logistics Coordinator
Compliant business shipments Domestic and International with Commercial and Military requirements for customer orders and internal client repairs and overhauls
Transfer and Shipments of Materials between client sites
Verification of accurate ECO Shipping terms
Upload accurate data within Collins SAP ERP system and customer specific portals
Current levels of packaging materials inventory with review and approval of invoices
Document and management inventory of customer containers
Accurate filing and scanning of documents for customer, internal, financial audits
Support induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs
Extract data from SAP for reporting information
Creation of accurate military documents for shipments
Review Contracts and Customer PO flow down requirements
Support customer requests, traffic activities and contract administration activities as required
