Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Hourly rate: $51.00 - $56.00

This is a 2nd shift position. Shift is 2pm to 10:30pm.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Assists in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions. Works with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build. Assists in implementing manufacturing plans. Resolves technical problems and assists in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Assists in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience. Regular and predicted attendance is required.
Required:
• Bachelors’ in Engineering or STEM discipline plus 3 years’ experience.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and developing build plans.
• Experience working in SRP.
• 1+ years’ experience in creating work instructions.
• 1+ years’ experience supporting shop floor environment.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
Must be U.S. Person for purposes of Export Compliance.
