Business Analyst

• Analyze data via SAP, Business Warehouse, and/or Qlik to produce various staffing reports for mgt & teams
• Present staffing report plan vs actuals by program, prepare variance analysis for monthly staffing reviews.
• Coordinate with EDSI Cams & CSE’sto validate if BW/SAP & Qlik requirements accurately reflect EDSI’s staffing requirements.
• Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Ad-Hoc reporting in support of key initiatives & executive report outs
