Mechanical Inspector Archbald PA
Contract - 4/10A-1st Shift
Pay Rate: $25.91/Hr.

Requirements: Mechanical Inspector
Experience using Calibers, Micrometers, CMM-Coordinated measuring machine.
Must be familiar with and capable of learning the use of all measuring instruments, tools, and gages required to perform various mechanical inspection functions.
Must have a good understanding of shop math and blueprint reading / interpretation. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical processes or other control procedures.
Job Description: Mechanical Inspector
The ideal candidate will perform various types of mechanical inspections including dimensional, in-process machining and assembly, final inspection, receiving inspection, and routine first pieces on fabricated, subcontracted, and/or purchased parts. Will be required to perform mechanical inspection utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other technical inspection equipment.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Normally utilizes computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database.
No degree required.
Manager looking for:
1-inspection background (preferred Mechanical inspection experience)
2-Ability to use computers
3-Electrical background
Work schedule for first shift starts at 5:30am EST.
