NDE Technician
East Hartford, CT
Contract
$27.50-$41.13/hr
Perform technical activities under direction of NDE Engineers to support commercial and military engines. NDE Technician plays integral role in development of inspection techniques and transition into manufacturing and overhaul facilities. Tool design, machining and CAD skills are positive. Methods include FPI, eddy current ultrasonic and borescope inspection. Familiarity in operating electronic instrumentation and computers is required. Manual dexterity and ability to lift 25 lbs. required.
Education:
- Prefer 2 or 4 year degree in a technology field
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience
- NDE Experience
- Machining
- MS Office skills
