Shift: 1st, 9/80
Hours: 7am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $56.71/Hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Piping Designer
Piping Designer, with 3D Plant Design experience, capable of producing modeled deliverables that are safe, free of errors, and with minimal supervision. Individual will have experience modeling piping in a 3D environment, capable of interpreting the requirements of Piping Material Specifications and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and have a familiarity with industry codes and standards.
SKILLS: Piping Designer
- Ability to model piping in a 3D environment while understanding the system purpose and requirements.
- Experience with Model Review software
- Familiar with Laser Scan and model combinations
- Development of General Arrangements,
SKILLS PREFERRED: Piping Designer
- AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Pipe Support Design experience
- Capable of planning work to align with project budgets and schedules.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Piping Designer
- 3 years or more of industrial Piping Design experience if candidate has BSE in Engineering
- 7 years or more of industrial Piping Design experience if candidate has AA or Tech Diploma in Drafting/Design
- 3+ years of AutoCAD
- Past experience using a 3D plant design software
EDUCATION: Piping Designer
- BS in General Engineering or Engineering Technology (min 3yrs of exp) or
- AA or Tech diploma in Drafting /Design (min 7yrs of exp)
