The Solution Architect will work as part of the Enterprise/Solution Architecture Team to provide overall direction and guidance in the definition of our client’s current and future state architecture.
A savvy architect to lead multiple programs with extreme motivation and collaborative skills to advance our client’s architecture overall. Looking for a strategist at an Architect level - who can adapt fast and suggest appropriate success paths through technical roadmap and designs. The candidate’s architectural skills and knowledge must span multiple architecture domains, (e.g. mobile, eCommerce, Marketing, cloud, security etc.) and have the ability to participate in platform-level discussions with multiple brands and internal technology organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS NEEDED:

Lead concepts to designs by collaborating with cross teams in a fast pace global environment – with minimal supervision- self-driven and self-motivated individual
Advanced skills to grasp concepts from Rights Management, Trade Promotions, or technology development teams to align designs and integrations.
Champion end-to-end integrations using architecture designs and models to oversee execution and eliminate technology roadblocks.
Expert knowledge in designing and architecting systems using modern SAAS system and middleware technologies like KAFKA pub/sub.
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model
Experience with retail trade promotion management is a big plus
Experience integrating with financial systems such as Oracle
Help define current and future state architecture & drive business ask through design thinking and design artifacts utilizing Lucid, Confluence or similar design tools.
Advising cross functional teams in designing, and implementing competitive business capabilities that harness emerging and scaled technologies (web, mobile, cloud, social computing, search…
Work with developers, project managers, and brand teams engage to align with methodology and realize the implementation of key future state initiatives.
Willingness to look under the hood when needed.
A self-driven technology specialist who can create savvy technical presentations and articulate design ideas through collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably 4 or more years of experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
8 to 10 years of experience in architecting modern digital solutions in support of medium to large enterprises
Exceptional communication skills – to be able to contextualize design concepts, articulate and influence stakeholders from cross program teamsÂ
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
Proficient and highly technical in Salesforce integrations and modeling
Ability to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present to Sr. Management
Experience architecting, building and/or deploying solutions on Enterprise SAAS systems and KAFKA is a plus.
Experience in Rights Management and/or Trade Promotion Management.
Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus.
Experience with Consumer and Retail domain
