Our client requires that candidates must be able to obtain DoD Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Associate's degree and 2 years of experience or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance (this requires a US Citizenship).
Strong and Demonstrated Communication Skills (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills (listening and communicating within a group/team environment).
Demonstrated teamwork contribution.
Attention to detail.
Produce high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Ability to work independently and with little or no direct oversight.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Quality Engineering Assistant
The job scope of the Quality Engineering Assistant includes but are not limited to demonstrated working experience and knowledge of manufacturing environments, process sheet route cards manufacturing instructions, product inspection, acceptance documentation, hands on support to the Quality Inspection staff support to program, project personnel understanding of defense electronics manufacturing quality and workmanship requirements IPC 610 Certification.

Analysis and Tools Experience
Industry Experience in Defense
Electronics Manufacturing of Complex Electronic Sub-Assemblies
LRUs and Complete Systems Experience with the Quality Management Systems AS9100 or ISO9001
Familiarity with: TIPQA Oracle PDM
Non-Conforming Material Control Process Improvement
Perspective First Article Inspection (FAI) AS9102
Conduct Effective Audits
Effective communication
Understand and react to Program Requirements flow down
