Service Billing Analyst
Description:
Type of Role: Contingent
Hours: Standard hours (40 hours) Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: On-site
Pay Rate: $33.00
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Tracks, analyzes, investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract. Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customers and companys needs. Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested. Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area. Provides analytical work to assigned area. Advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area. Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information. Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions. Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical
work. Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
Qualifications/experience required:
SAP and excel experience
2-4 years of experience in a relevant position
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Outstanding customer orientation and service focus
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
Education requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
