This job position is in Configuration Management as a Sr. Technical role at our client's, Lenexa, KS business unit division. Role would be an opportunity to support technical/business efforts in the Engineering and Internal Departments. Problems faced are routine and not difficult.
Supports and works with the Configuration Management team focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity in several aspects of engineering documentation duties to include drawing release, data entry, & change management.
Assisting with compliance and maintenance of configuration management company standards. and processes. Creating updates where necessary to improve effectiveness for the organization.
Maintain of data items within a Product Life Management (PLM) system.
Review of configuration management documentation standards.
Follows and understands company policies, procedures and processes.
Participate in Change Review Board (CRB) meetings.
Collaboration with Engineering staff and internal department associates.
Support internal audits regarding Configuration Management processes.
Review of documentation for data accuracy within a process workflow.
Ensures department practices and procedures are followed by Engineering staff.
