Staff Accountant
Chula Vista, CA

$27.94/hr.
The successful candidate is a self-starter who displays strong personal leadership, critical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and orally) at various levels. This candidate will support various accounting processes such as Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Billing, Month-End Close, Intercompany, and other areas as assigned.
Position could be part-time, weekly hours could range from 24-40 hrs/wk
Responsibilities: Staff Accountant
Administrative tasks as they relate to General Accounting, including but not limited to: pulling invoices, mailing checks, mailing and emailing voices, assisting with inflow of emails to the AP inbox
Post journal entries
Prepare reconciliations
Support team members with special projects and ad-hoc requests (audit requests, process improvement, intercompany)
