We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Skill Certification Instructor to join our team on a contract basis, supporting a large aerospace client. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering manufacturing skill certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting personnel development at all levels. Responsibilities
Deliver Manufacturing Skill Certification courses to aerospace personnel, including IPC and NASA certifications, across various experience levels.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate course delivery traceability within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensure certification programs align with organizational and industry standards.
Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to ensure participants achieve certification success.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop, update, and improve certification training programs.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare and manage training materials, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
Current or previous certification as an IPC or NASA Instructor, OR extensive hands-on experience as a non-certified instructor delivering IPC or NASA certifications.
Demonstrated experience in delivering industry-recognized certification courses within an electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Instructional System Design (ISD) methodologies for curriculum development.
Experience using SAP for course management or related processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
