Business Support Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Hourly rate: $25.00 - $34.00
Type of Role: This is a part-time contingent position. There is an opportunity for conversion, only if current FTE does not return from LTD.
Hours: The expectation 20 hours total/week. They will work 4 hours sometime between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
NOTE: We are starting out at 20 hours per week as we are having bandwidth issues to train. Therefore if all works out - it could work into a 40 hr job. This will be discussed more during the interview.
Location: 80% remote 20% on campus.
Education Requirement:
Prefer Bachelors’ degree.

Job Description:
• Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executive, managers of complex details.
• May handle special projects and execute research and data analysis tasks.
• Analyses problems, determines approach, compiles and analyses data and prepares reports and recommendations.
• Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
• Contacts company employees at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
• Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.
• Assignments may be in various functional areas.
• Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Provides analytical data and information for strategic direction.
