SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, performs electronic, electromechanical or mechanical production sub-
assembly and assembly operations to build up and assemble units of moderate complexity by performing
the following duties. CANDIDATES WILL BE USING A TEST STAND TO TEST PRODUCT.

Works from production/assembly instructions, parts lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components.
Identifies and selects components to be integrated into subassembly and assembly units.
Utilizes small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
Candidates will be required to stand for long periods of time. At least 50% of the workday will be spent standing/walking.
Contract to hire for the right candidate.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1ST SHIFT (7 needed) *5:00am – 3:30pm and 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday-Thursday for 1st shift (start times depending on department/position that they will figure out internally, they want every candidate for 1st shift to be open to working either 5am or 6am.)
2nd SHIFT (3 needed) *2nd shift is 2:30pm – 11pm Mon-Fri. (ALL CONTRACTERS WILL START AT 6:15am for Day 1. IF 2nd shift, may be on 1st shift for a couple weeks to train before switching.Â
